Interreg V-A Latvia – Lithuania Programme 2014-2020 was approved by the European Commission on 30 November, 2015. The Programme’s objective is to contribute to the sustainable and cohesive socio-economic development of the Programme regions by helping to make them more competitive and attractive for living, working and visiting.

Livestream of public procurement seminar for projects in Lithuania

On Monday, 2 July 2018 the Programme organizes Public procurement seminar for Lithuanian project partners in Vilnius. Those that for various reasons can not attend the event still have a possibility to learn more about public procurement requirements, by watching live broadcast of the seminar on the Programme’s Facebook account and website.

Lithuanian Embassy hosts Programme’s photo exhibition

Now that the exhibition has been on display for two weeks, it’s time for it to move to its next destination. Both children and parents from the Lithuanian School in Riga were very interested in the exhibition, and enjoyed being able to see some of the results of projects supported by the Interreg V-A Latvia–Lithuania Programme 2014–2020. An unexpected extra was that guests from Lithuania who visited the school were able to see the successes of cross-border cooperation this way as well.

Version 4 of Communication Guidelines issued

To comply with amendments in the 1st call Programme manual, the Joint Secretariat had amended some of the requirements in Communication Guidelines on 14 June 2018. Some of the requirements towards project communication activities were softened, and also some of the requirements were explained in more explicit. From now on Version 4 of the Communication Guidelines is applicable to all ongoing projects of the Programme.
