Competence develpoment of Pasvalys library employees

In this event will be talking about the importance of relationships when working with socially vulnerable children, as trust and emotional safety are the foundation for learning and regulation. Will introduce key principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), developed at Texas Christian University, including connection before correction and practical communication tools such as emotional validation and structured choices. Participants will also explore how these approaches support professionals in responding calmly and consistently to challenging situations. Finally, will be reflection about well-being and how clear boundaries can become valuable resources for sustainable and healthy relational work.
