Competence develpoment of Pasvalys library employees

The psychological, communication and educational features of socially excluded persons – work with kids in social exclusion.
The event will explore the child’s understanding and basic needs in order to uncover what lies behind the child’s behavior. The specifics of child development and behavior will be discussed, as well as how to consciously build a connection with the child at different stages of development. Participants will be presented with practical advice based on the E.M.P.A.T.H.Y. method, which will help them respond empathetically to the child’s behavior in everyday situations. At the end of the event, attention will be paid to reflection and key insights important for working with children. The event is intended for library employees.
