DEVELOPMENT OF POSITIVE AGEING HUB – Co-creation workshop on Positive ageing hub management strategies NLC and LRC

On July 14–15, 2025, project partners and stakeholders gathered online for a dynamic two-day Co-Creation Workshop on Managing Strategies for Positive Ageing Hubs. The event brought together experts, practitioners, and community representatives from both NLC and LRC to collaboratively explore effective governance and operational models for the development and sustainability of the Positive Ageing Hub.

Participants engaged in interactive group sessions and expert-led discussions focused on four key areas:

• Strategic Planning & Goal Setting

• Governance Structures and Responsibilities

• Facility and Process Management

• Community Engagement and Communication

Through structured dialogue and hands-on exercises, the workshop produced a draft hub management strategy, laying the foundation for clear decision-making processes, volunteer coordination, and inclusive stakeholder involvement.

This collaborative approach marks a significant step in ensuring the Positive Ageing Hubs are community-driven, efficiently managed, and responsive to the evolving needs of older adults.
