Date: 19. October 2018
Time: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
On October 19, 2018, at 1 p.m., project partners from Latvia and Lithuania will meet to officially open the newly built active recreation area at Kalēti parish. The construction of the field is one of the project activities that will improve living conditions and social life at Kalēti(LV) and Kuliai (LT). Similar investments are also planned for the Lithuanian side in the village of Kuliai, where the active recreation area will be opened in the first half of the next year.
The event will start with a ceremonial opening ceremony, followed by a wide range of sporting and healthy lifestyle activities under the leadership of Ghetto Games. Sporting and healthy lifestyle-enhancing activities are planned to not only get visitors to the event, but also demonstrate new opportunities through active recreation.
The project implementors and Kalēti parish administration invite all the interested people to attend the event, participate in sports activities, make friends with the participants from Lithuania and learn something new.
The event will take place in the new active recreation area, located behind Kalēti Music and Art primary school in Liepu aleja 4, Kalēti parish, Priekule county.
