International competence supervision of library employees

The third supervision session will focus on reflecting on practical experiences and challenges encountered when working with older adults in library settings. Participants will be encouraged to discuss real situations, identify successful practices, and examine difficulties related to motivation, engagement and emotional boundaries. The session will also support participants in strengthening professional confidence, self-awareness and resilience, helping them sustain empathetic and inclusive work with seniors over time.
