During the training the participants will be motivated to change their life, change habits, take ownership of their actions by taking responsibility, look and feel optimistic and enthusiastic  at the challenges and understand that everything in life depends on yourself.

During the training’s participants will learn about the qualities of leader, the leaders role in the organization, identify, how leader affect the organizations culture.
