Strengthening of inter-institutional cooperation between social partners in Pasvalys

Inter-institutional cooperation supervisions are intended to encourage cooperation between partners and operating organizations providing social services. The goal is to create networking, learning, exchange of experience, sharing of good practices between social partners in Pasvalys.  In this training will be discussed the benefits of partnerships, elements of successful partnerships and strategies for overcoming challenges which will help to understand better how to effectively build and nurture collaboration. The value that a well-balanced partnership can provide, how to share resources and knowledge to achieve a common goal. The training will also analyze the key elements of a successful partnership, such as a clear purpose, trust and communication. Finally, practical strategies will be presented to help overcome challenges and conflicts in order to ensure long-term collaboration. 15 participants are participating in these trainings.
