Training “Healthy Lifestyle and Intergenerational Cooperation”

The training is aimed at enhancing professional competences and fostering discussion on emotional and physical well-being working with youth and seniors. The training topics incude healthy lifestyle aspects, various aspects of healthy ageing, the role of nutrition in enhancing well-being among both young people and seniors. Intergenerational cooperation in promoting physical and emotional well-being of youth and seniors will be discussed.
