This creative workshop/seminar offers a unique opportunity to examine honey as a versatile culinary ingredient. Participants will explore the potential applications of honey not only in confectionery, but also in contemporary cuisine, where flavour, texture, balance, and creativity are essential.
During the seminar, we will analyze concrete culinary examples from various world cuisines, focusing not on individual recipes, but on clear and applicable principles of using honey. This is a focused, value-driven seminar for those seeking to deepen their professional knowledge, broaden their culinary perspective, and strengthen their competencies in working with honey.
The lecturer Rasa Nabažaitė, together with experts from the Šiauliai Technology Training Center Kuršėnai Branch, will present practical solutions and demonstrate how theoretical knowledge can be transformed into tangible results.
