In this section, you will find templates of documents for reporting.

• Timesheet – This document is required to report the hours worked on the project using the standard scale of the unit cost method. Detailed requirements are in sub-section 7.5.1 “CC1 Staff costs” of the Programme Manual.
• List of participants – a template of list of participants for events organized in projects, including a GDPR statement with a yellow fields to be filled in by the responsible project partner:

• Confirmation for Project Report – this electronically signed document by the  Lead partner must be attached to the Project Report in JEMS for each reporting period. NEW!
• Confirmation of bank details –  this electronically signed document by the Lead partner must be attached in JEMS to section “Contracting/Partner details/LP”. NEW!
