Ieva Špilberga brings a unique mix of professional experience from the banking sector, municipal work, and transformational coaching. With previous career in banking, she later worked in Sigulda municipality, where she was involved in attracting funds and implementing projects, including Interreg Central Baltic and Interreg Baltic Sea Region programmes. This experience gave her a strong understanding of regional development and the practical side of cross-border cooperation.
Ieva holds higher education in economics and finance. She has also completed internationally recognised coaching programmes in Canada, United States and the United Kingdom with focus on personal development, communication, and behavioural change.
Ieva believes that meaningful change happens through cooperation, clarity, and intentional action. She is motivated to support projects that create positive impact and strengthen cooperation between Latvia and Lithuania.
