As part of the SnowPower project, a series of promotional videos has been created to showcase the winter tourism opportunities in the Daugavpils–Visaginas cross-border region. These marketing materials highlight winter recreation, local attractions, and active outdoor experiences designed to attract visitors throughout the winter season.
The videos were produced within the scope of the project’s cross-border marketing activities, aimed at promoting Daugavpils (Latvia) and Visaginas (Lithuania) as attractive destinations for active winter tourism. They feature scenes from ski tracks, winter landscapes, local community events and winter sports experiences that reflect the unique tourism potential of the region.
Both project partners — Daugavpils City Municipality and Visaginas Municipality — are gradually publishing these videos on their social media channels. We encourage the public, winter sports enthusiasts, and tourism stakeholders to watch, share, and engage with the content to help spread the word about the exciting winter opportunities in the region.
