The last joint SCAPE project event took place in Palanga and Liepaja last October when there wasn’t even a shadow of the danger of COVID19. SCAPE team could say good bye till another joint activity ingeniously during the last Project Partner meeting in December, 2019. In three months, the quarantine in both partner countries was announced. With the closure of most of the schools, offices and public gathering places in Lithuania and Latvia, the training for TASER instructors was postponed till better times. If it won’t be possible to have this important training, the joint event will move to virtual space. Anyway, SCAPE project ideas can’t be just stopped due to pandemic factors. Participants of the Latvian-Lithuanian project feel a sense of belonging to a group that has become friends and is willing to further develop joint activities.
