Are there advance payments planned?
There will be no advanced payments to the project partners.
Please find more information in subsection 6.3 “Project reporting and payments” of the Programme Manual.
Which partners are eligible for application?
Each Lead partner and project partner must be a registered legal entity (i.e. registered in the Register of Legal Entities in Lithuania (www.registrucentras.lt) or in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia (www.ur.gov.lv) and must have a bank account that is registered at the name of the LP and PP.
The following organisations are eligible to apply as a lead partner or project partner:
1) Public authorities (national, regional and local authorities).
2) Public equivalent bodies. Meaning any legal entity:
- established for the specific purpose of meeting the needs for the general interest and not having an industrial or commercial character,
- having legal personality, and
− financed for the most part by the state, regional or local authorities, or other bodies governed under public law, or
− subject to management supervision by those bodies, or
− having an administrative, managerial, or supervisory board where more than half of the members are appointed by the state, regional or local authorities, or other bodies governed by public law.
3) NGOs. Within the framework of the Programme NGO means a legal body established for the specific purpose of meeting the needs for the general interest and not having an industrial or commercial character.

Can a municipal company or closed joint stock company be a project partner?
The criteria on the eligibility of the project partners are stipulated in detail in the section 4.2 “Project partnership” of the Programme Manual. Please check the criteria and if you have questions please kindly contact Joint Secretariat and provide more information on the specific organisation, so that we could answer on your particular case.
What is the maximum amount of the project?
The maximum size of the project budget is different, depending on which Programme priority the project will apply for:

Can the same organization submit few projects to the programme?
The Programme does not limit in how many projects the same organisation can be a lead partner or project partner.
