The Programme supports applicants during the call

From 24 January to 2 February Joint Secretariat (JS) has travelled over 1500 km in Latvia and Lithuania to organize thematic workshops for the potential applicants and to provide guidance for the preparation of applications. The events attracted almost 200 participants in Jelgava, Liepāja, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Anykščiai and Daugavpils. Also, already more than 40 individual consultations were provided by JS to the potential applicants. According to evaluation results, participants were eager to receive information provided by JS, to take part in group work and to have time for networking and searching for potential project partners or to have consultations with JS. We hope that our thematic workshops were interesting and useful! Presentations from workshops are available here.

Still, this is not all.

The Programme continues supporting the applicants and invites them to sign up for consultations with JS regarding the project idea. The consultation is intended to ensure that your application is relevant and in line with the requirements of the Programme. However, please note that JS is not in a position to assess the project applications or to help you to fill-in the application form.

Consultations can be provided both online or at our office in Rīga or the branch office in Vilnius.

Please contact JS to sign up for the consultation by e-mail latlit@varam.gov.lv

To make our consultations the most effective we kindly ask you to fill in Project idea form before approaching JS for the consultation.

The contacts of JS can also be found here.
