Description: Skuodas District is located in the north-western part of Lithuania, bordering Latvia. It covers an area of approximately 911 km². The municipality is divided into nine elderships: Aleksandrija, Barstyčiai, Ylakiai, Lenkimai, Mosėdis, Notėnai, Skuodas, Skuodas City Eldership, and Šatės. The administrative centre is the town of Skuodas. As of 01/01/2024, the municipality had 15,201 inhabitants.
