The Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia is committed to ensuring that the Interreg VI-A Latvia–Lithuania Programme website is accessible to all users, in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 445 of 14 July 2020 “Procedures for Publishing Information on the Internet by Institutions“. 

This Accessibility Statement applies to the official website of the Interreg V-A Latvia–Lithuania Programme 2021–2027 www.latlit.eu.

This statement applies only to the main website www.latlit.eu and does not cover external systems or third-party content that may be linked from this website.

How accessible is this website?

This website is compliant with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 445.

During the accessibility evaluation carried out in 2025, several issues were identified, including shortcomings in keyboard navigation, visibility of focus indicators, highlighting of interactive elements, missing alternative text for images, and inconsistencies in contrast functionality.

All identified issues have since been resolved and appropriate improvements implemented. A follow-up evaluation in 2026 did not identify any non-compliance with applicable accessibility requirements, and the website is now considered compliant.

We are committed to maintaining this level of accessibility and continue to monitor and improve the website to ensure ongoing compliance.
