The Latvia–Lithuania Programme Monitoring Committee, during its meeting on 10-11 September 2025, approved the timeline of the 3rd Call of Proposals. According to it the decision, the 3rd Call will open on 17 September 2025 and close at 17:00 on 19 January 2026. Project applications contributing to the Programme priority 2 “Green, resilient and sustainable development” will be accepted under this call.
Starting from the 17 September 2025, the project applications may be submitted through the Joint Electronic Monitoring System (https:/jems.latlit.eu). By that date, the Joint Secretariat of the Programme will publish information on the Call along with the Call documents on the Programme’s website www.latlit.eu.
During the meeting, the Monitoring Committee also approved the Programme Manual for the 3rd Call for Proposals and the Applicant Package, which includes the Application Form, Project Confirmation Letter, Lead Partner / Project Partner Support Letter, and other related documents. Other decisions concerning the Programme were adopted during the meeting as well.
In addition, the Monitoring Committee has met project partners of five Programme projects located in Panevėžys and its district: Panevėžys Nursery-Kindergarten “Rūta”, Panevėžys City and District Municipalities’ Administrations and Stasys Eidrigevičius Art Center. During these visits, the Committee members had the opportunity to hear directly from project participants, learn about their experiences, and become acquainted with the achieved results. They also witnessed first-hand how the projects are positively impacting the livelihoods of people in the region.
