Would you like to experience digitally Iecava Manor or Akmene Synagogue, even though they no longer physically exist? Experience a digital projection at Lielplatone Manor, where a piano is visually brought to life, playing 19th-century music by Franz Liszt, enhancing the manor’s timeless aura. Or perhaps you’d prefer to encounter the legendary Blue Lady ghost of Gārsene Castle? Maybe you’d rather take a virtual tour of Rokiškis Old Town and the historic Rokiškis Manor? This joint route offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the rich cultural heritage of the Zemgale and Northern Lithuania region – discovering not only what has survived to the present day, but also what has been lost, is no longer visible in its original form, and cannot be restored. All sites offer visitors diverse digital experience, including– augmented and virtual reality, audio guides, QR codes, mobile apps, interactive stands, digital games, projections and other modern solutions. These modern tools help visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the cultural heritage, values and history of the Zemgale and Selonia regions, alongside the Šiauliai and Panevėžys regions.
