Successfully Completed Pilot Training for Specialists on the Storytelling Method and Its Use in Working with Seniors

Zemgale Planning Region is pleased to announce the successful completion of pilot training for specialists who work with seniors on the Storytelling Method and its effective application. The training took place three days, online, totally 12 academic hours.

The training was attended by more than 20 specialists from Latvia and Lithuania, creating a unique opportunity to share best practices and experiences. This cross-border collaboration not only enriched the training process but also provided added value that will benefit the future work with seniors in both Latvia and Lithuania.

During the training, participants learned the theoretical and practical aspects of the Storytelling Method and explored ways to integrate this method into their daily work with seniors to enhance their emotional well-being and social engagement.

We are confident that this training will make a significant contribution to the professional development of specialists and improve the quality of work with seniors, using the Storytelling Method as a tool to enhance their quality of life.
