Co-Creation Workshop on Positive Ageing Hub Vision

Join us for an engaging two-day Co-Creation Workshop in Rēzekne focused on shaping the future of services for positive ageing! This dynamic event brings together professionals, community members, and older adults to collaboratively design inclusive, accessible, and high-quality social services for the 55+ community. Workshop aims:

• Explore the concept of social services in ageing support.
• Learn how to map and improve the service journey from a user-centered perspective.
• Gain hands-on experience in co-creating services with older adults as active partners.
• Apply proven models like SERVQUAL to design for quality and impact.
• Collaborate on developing a service plan for the Positive Ageing Hub.

Throughout two day workshop we will have:

• Interactive lectures, expert panels, and groupwork.
• Creative brainstorming and gallery walks.
• Real-world tools for participatory design and service planning.
• A final roadmap for future service development.
