On December 1st, 2024, at the Molėtai School of Arts – the continuation of the project LL-00146 “Together in Art”!
Our students, teachers, guests from Ludza, Latvia, and Big Band musicians had a unique opportunity to participate in inspiring masterclasses with the lecturer – trombonist, arranger, composer, and artistic director of the Vilnius JJAZZ ensemble, Jievaras Jasinskis.
The masterclassprogram was filled with valuable insights and practical tips:
- working with wind instruments,
- subtleties of coordinating articulations,
- basics of improvisation and learning methods,
- tips on how to improve independently at home,
- an introduction to the creative process of arranging.
These lessons were not only an opportunity for professional growth but also an inspiration for further creative exploration. We are happy to be part of such a meaningful project!
