The Joint Secretariat of the Latvia-Lithuania Programme invites you to an online Consultation on Project Reporting on 21 July 2025 at 13:00. The session is expected to last approximately 1–1,5 hours, or until we have answered your last question. The consultation targets projects approved under the Second Call for Proposals, many of which are approaching the end of their first reporting period and will soon begin preparing their first reports. Nevertheless, representatives of all projects are welcomed to join.
With this event the Joint Secretariat aims to support you in reports’ preparation and to help ensure that the reporting process is as smooth and efficient. The consultation will be interactive and based on your questions, so we encourage you to be active and raise any issues or concerns you may have.
During the consultation:
- The Joint Secretariat will share insights on common reporting mistakes.
- There will be an open Questions and Answers session to address your questions.
To make the most of this event, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourselves in advance with the following materials:
- Section 6.3 “Project Reporting and Payments” of the Programme Manual.
- The summary presentation on reporting requirements.
- Webinar recordings from the Project Reporting Webinar (9 August 2024):
