On 4 July, 2025 the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg VI-A Latvia-Lithuania Programme 2021 – 2027 (hereinafter – Programme) has approved the amendments in the Programme Manual for the 1st Call for Proposals and the Programme Manual for the 2nd Call for Proposals.
The proposed changes are based on lessons learned during two project implementation periods, as well as feedback from project partners. Most updates are either intended to simplify existing rules or clarify or expand on existing requirements, while the rest replace outdated information.
The Programme Manual now includes a new Annex II “Programme’s aid scheme” which formalises approach how state aid rules are handled in the Programme.
The main changes in both Programme Manuals are clearly identifiable, as they are highlighted in a different color from the main text. The updated versions of both Manuals are available in the How to implement section, under the Guiding documents subsection, on the Programme website.
