LP organized second educational events (4 hours) to present to kindergarten community the practical implementation of specific method they learned.
For the “Barboleta” community
As part of the cross-border project “Capacity building and development of necessary competences for working with special needs children in Latvian and Lithuanian kindergartens” / “Colorful Emotions” LL-00009, two teachers from Dagda City Preschool Educational Institution “Saulīte” have acquired the new “Barboleta” method.
On May 30, 2025, a special event took place at Dagda City Preschool Educational Institution “Saulīte”, where we invited children’s parents and cooperation partners to get acquainted with the “Barboleta” method. During the meeting, participants were introduced to the theoretical foundations of the method and took part in practical activities that allowed them to experience the importance of balance skills firsthand.
During the practical sessions, the participants realized how much attention and concentration is required to perform tasks while standing on a balance board, and how essential the coordination between movement and mind is.
