Description: The Directorate of Žemaitija Protected Territories unites the regional parks of Žagarė, Venta, Varniai, Salantai, Tytuvėnai and Dubysa and Kamanos nature reserve. The most important objectives of the directorate's activities are: to preserve the landscape, natural and cultural heritage values, create conditions for recreation and cognitive tourism.
