From July 8, cooking masterclasses and workshops with a physiotherapist for the clients of the Day Care Center “Saulespuķe” and Specialized Workshops have started. The workshops are conducted by specialists of the “Gribu būt” association for improving and promoting the quality of life.
Classes will continue throughout the duration of the project. During this time, both clients and employees will learn cooking skills under the guidance of a nutritionist and will start movement activities together with a physiotherapist.
The acquired skills will be able to be used both in everyday life and by continuing the lessons on one’s own in both structural units of the Social Service.
