3rd Call for Proposals

The Third Call for Proposals of Interreg VI-A Latvia–Lithuania Programme 2021–2027 is open from 17 September 2025 and closes at 17:00 on 19 January 2026.

All requirements for projects, supported documents, submission and assessment of applications are set out in the Programme Manual for the 3^rd Call of Proposals.

Submission of project applications

The project applications (Application Form and supporting documents) must be submitted via the Joint Electronic Monitoring System (JEMS) http://jems.latlit.eu
by 17:00 on 19 January 2026.

Mandatory pre-submission consultation

Before submitting an application, the Lead Partner must consult the Joint Secretariat to ensure the project idea aligns with the Programme requirements.
Projects that do not undergo mandatory individual consultation will be deemed ineligible at the eligibility assessment stage.

Appointments must be booked in advance by latlit@varam.gov.lv
Consultations end one week before the call deadline, i.e. 12 January 2026.
The Project Idea Form must be completed and submitted to the JS by the deadline agreed with the Joint Secretariat, but no later than two days before the scheduled consultation.
