On the 30th of April the kick-off meeting of the project „Restoration of water bodies through cross-border cooperation“ (“All about ponds”) took place in Šilutė. Representavives from Šilutė District Municipality and Kuldiga Municipality (Latvia) participated in the meeting. Project partners discussed the planned project activities and reviewed already implemented ones. The project partners talked over the monitoring and cleaning technologies of H. Scheu park and Kuldyga ponds and they agreed to start the preparation of the public procurement procedures of ponds cleaning works. The project partners took a look around the H. Scheu park ponds and assessed their condition before the beggining of ponds cleaning works.
