Training “Learning digital literacy using the sensory therapy method”

On the 17th, 18th, and 19th of December, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Krastai Village Library (Gamyklos g. 22A, Krastai, Pasvalys Municipality) training “Learning digital literacy using the sensory therapy method” will take place. We are inviting seniors living in Krastai Village to participate and learn!

The training will take place over three days, 3 hours per day (2 hours of training and 1 hour of sensory therapy).

During the training, seniors will have the opportunity to learn more about the following topics: Basic computer skills, Internet and how to use it, Media literacy, Microsoft Office, E-mail, Social Networks, Library e-catalog, E-signed and electronically signed documents.

The training is a part of the Bibliobus “Mobile Sensory Reading Room with Profession Information Point” services provided in areas where people experience social exclusion, especially elderly people, children from disadvantaged families and people with disabilities. The Krastai Village is one of remote locations that the new Bibliobus is planned to visit, since Krastai Village Library will be officially closed from the 1st of January, 2026.
